The lead single off BROKEN CLOCKS EP, the highly anticipated follow-up to 2009's THE SLOW TWILIGHT, will be familiar to fans of the 5 O'Clock Shadowboxers. "No Resolution 2" is given the classic posse cut treatment--the original production from Douglas Martin aka Blurry Drones is largely kept intact ("Impeach the President" drums smacking up "Venus in Furs") with a few new dashes to accomdate the heavy lineup of upcoming east coast rhymers. Has-Lo (HipNOTT Records), Elucid (Lessondary Crew), and Nico the Beast (YBMusic/Memoy Lane Music Group) carry on Zilla Rocca's original themes of paranoia, anarchy, and urban distress. It's a new year. It's a new release from the 5 O'Clock Shadowboxers. Still--no resolution will save you tonight.
