The first single from the upcoming BROKEN CLOCKS EP from the 5 O'Clock Shadowboxers (Douglas Martin aka Blurry Drones & Zilla Rocca).
"Bottomfeeders" was a fan favorite from THE SLOW TWILIGHT LP, so we figured we'd hand over the acapella to our good friend, the Philadelphia-based producer Small Professor, or "Small Pro" if he owes you money.
Small Pro has remixed just about every notable hip hop song of the past 5 years and previously worked with Zilla Rocca for his BRING ME THE REMIX OF ZILLA ROCCA! project. He recently gained more notoriety (and a sweet digi deal on Coalmine Records) for his remix of Skyzoo's "Strung Out" available on iTunes right now!
We then reached out to Objektive One to hook up some ill cover art. OB1 is also a hip hop producer and self-described designer and record fiend who just dropped THE MYSTERY MACHINE LP alongside YesItsFiasco. He based the visuals off a similar 1960's film where a young lady was being followed by a hitman, sorta similar to the main character Frankie Bono in the film BLAST OF SILENCE, which inspired the Shadowboxers LP.
